Is there a way to add another option other than user and team?

    Hello all,
    When i click on any contact record then click on assign to i have the choose to assign it to me or to user or a team , is there a way to add another option other than user and team ?

    Not possible in a supported way..., but what type of the options do you want to add?

    Thx you. Solution is we create more team.

    How about my solution as: we customize ribbon so that it calls my JS function that will display window with option I want. How do you think about that?

    Shams - Yes, you can do that, but it seems you develop new assign function for your CRM system. It is not good ideal for this requirement while you have solutions. Strong recomend you to reduce customization.
